Receiving Federal Funds is great, but the public will still be hit hard.

To alleviate Honolulu-bound traffic, the state and city should continue the plan of creating the Kunia district as the second downtown. Continue to relocate state and city and county offices and entice private business owners. This would allow the west side residents a shorter drive and eliminate rush hour traffic to downtown Honolulu.
