If it will not help with the traffic problem, then why should you waste 4 billion dollars on something this useless. To me, it appears that in reality, the monorail is nothing but a campaign platform that people will bullshit about to get more votes. I am fully aware of the budget cuts in school (i go to one), and am upset that the government is willing to cut into almost all porgrams to make this monorail. Especially with the near collaspe of our economy gone down the shiter, why waste billions of dollars on something that may not actually help? Instead why not divert resoucres back into the programs being buget-cut or better yet, invest it into something more worthwhile? Like a super-ferry. Or boats eaisly constructed and are capable of transporting people into town, where you can take the buses or expand roadways to take people to work? All of this should be cheaper (cost efficent) and manageable as well as eaisly acuired in the years to come. Whats the point of buliding this monorail?
